Call Credits power all voice-based AI interactions including inbound call handling (Alex), outbound calling (Sam), phone-based lead qualification, and appointment reminders. Credits are measured in minutes of phone conversation time – 1 credit equals approximately 1 minute. Standard Plan users can purchase top-up packs as needed, while Enterprise gets unlimited calling.

Yes! You can upgrade from Free to Standard or Enterprise anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades are processed at the end of your current billing cycle. Most of our Standard Plan users upgrade to Enterprise within 3-6 months as they see the value of unlimited credits and white-glove support.

Standard Plan AI credits reset monthly and do not roll over. However, Call Credit top-up packs never expire – they remain in your account until used. Enterprise Plan includes unlimited credits, so rollover doesn’t apply. We recommend tracking your usage in the first month to determine if you need more credits or if Enterprise unlimited makes more sense.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and ACH bank transfers for Enterprise customers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also arrange invoicing with Net-30 payment terms upon request.

Free and Standard Plans have no setup fees – you can start immediately. Enterprise Plan includes white-glove implementation consulting as part of your monthly subscription, with no separate setup fee. The implementation process typically takes 60-90 days and is fully supported by our team.

Enterprise contracts typically have a 90-day minimum commitment to allow for proper implementation, after which they move to month-to-month.
