How hands-on do we need to be during implementation?

Moderate involvement required. You’ll need to participate in the initial audit (1-2 hours), provide access to your systems (CRM, calendar, email), attend 2-3 training sessions (1 hour each), and provide feedback during the pilot. After implementation, involvement drops to monthly check-ins (30 minutes) and quarterly reviews (1 hour). We handle all the technical heavy lifting.

What if we can't commit to a full 90-day implementation?

That’s exactly why we start with a 30-day pilot (Phase 2). You can see results with 3 high-impact agents, then decide whether to proceed to full implementation. The pilot gives you measurable ROI without the 90-day commitment. If you’re satisfied, we expand. If not, you’ve still gained valuable automation.

Can we start with just one phase?

Phase 1 (ASSESS) is always required—we need to understand your operations before deployment. You can pause after the assessment and return when ready. You can also stop after the pilot (Phase 2) if you want to self-manage optimization. However, Phase 3 (OPTIMIZE) is where continuous ROI growth happens, which is why most clients stay for ongoing partnership.

What if an agent doesn't work as expected?

That’s what the pilot is for. During the 30-day pilot, we monitor performance closely and refine workflows based on real data. If an agent underperforms, we reconfigure or replace it before full deployment. Post-implementation, our monthly reviews catch any degradation in performance, and we optimize immediately. You’re never stuck with broken automation.

Do you guarantee results?

We provide ROI projections during Phase 1 based on your specific operations. If the pilot doesn’t hit 80% of projected ROI, we’ll refund the implementation fee and let you keep the agents. That said, we’ve never had a client fail to see ROI—our audit process is thorough enough to ensure we only deploy where automation makes sense.

Can we pause implementation if business circumstances change?

Yes. You can pause after the assessment, after the pilot, or at any point during full implementation. Your agents and configurations are preserved. When you’re ready to resume, we’ll review any business changes and adjust the plan accordingly. No penalties for pausing.

How technical does our team need to be?

Not technical at all. We handle all configuration, integration, and troubleshooting. Your team just needs to know how to use your CRM, email, and calendar—skills they already have. Our training focuses on managing agent behavior (tone, responses, workflows) through simple dashboards, not coding or technical setup.

What if we need custom integrations not in your standard stack?

We build custom integrations via n8n (workflow automation) and APIs. If you use proprietary software or niche tools, we’ll assess feasibility during Phase 1. Most systems with APIs can be integrated. Custom integrations may add 1-2 weeks to implementation and incur additional setup fees, which we’ll outline in the proposal.
